Admin & Booking Service – from €79

We handle the admin so you can focus on driving your car.

• Requesting a price quote from the homologation/ITV center

• Preparing all required documents

• Booking appointments on your behalf

• Sending you detailed instructions (where to go, what to bring, how it works)

• Support via phone/WhatsApp during the process

In-Person Assistance – from €149

For clients who prefer personal support, we attend the appointment with you.

• Up to 90 minutes of in-person guidance at the center

• Translation and communication assistance

• Step-by-step clarification during the process

• Extra time available if needed (€20 per 20 minutes)

VIP Concierge – from €399

The stress-free, door-to-door option. We manage everything from start to finish.

• Pickup & return of your car (within 40 km of our partner workshop in Torrevieja)

• Pre-ITV checkup (fluids, lights, safety items)

• Optional repairs offered if needed (at workshop rates)

• Full coordination with engineer & ITV

• Delivery of Spanish plates to your home once issued

(Excludes third-party/government fees — always quoted in advance. Includes liability insurance when we drive your vehicle.)

We handle the everyday admin that makes life in Spain smoother — from calls and appointment scheduling to forms and checklists for town halls, utilities, and banks (simple cases). Other examples include doctor’s appointments, non-sworn translation, or even helping resolve everyday disputes.

• Remote support: €20 per 20 minutes

• In-person support: €60 for the first 20 minutes, then €20 per additional 20 minutes (same location)
